Offshore Cape Three Points (OCTP) Development Project – 2017 .
The Offshore Cape Three Points project is the development of oil and gas fields, Sankofa Main, Sankofa East, Gye Nyame, Sankofa East Cenomanian and Sankofa East Campanian. The fields are located in the Tano Basin and are at depths of 600-1000m.
Combined, the fields are estimated to hold 1.5 trillion cubic feet of gas and 500 million barrels of oil.
Owners are Eni Ghana Exploration and Production, Vitol Upstream Ghana and Ghana National Petroleum Corporation.
