MACHINE WORKSHOP

We have a large number of CNC lathes and milling machines for precision work, supported by cranes with high lifting capacity.

We machine parts as follows:

• CNC-turned parts up to 2 tons, Ø1,000mm (diameter) and length up to 3,000mm
• Complex machining on turn-mill multi-tasking machines with live tooling and steady rests
• CNC milling of parts up to 2 tons, Ø1,000 mm (rotary table/boring)
• We are flexible and deliver everything from single components to medium-sized series.

Materials:

We work with a wide range of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, duplex, copper, and brass, as well as more demanding alloys like Inconel, Hastelloy, and various plastics such as PEEK, POM, and Teflon. If you are unsure about the right material, we will gladly assist you in selecting the most suitable option.

Post-Machining and Surface Treatment:

We provide electropolishing, anodizing, hardening, grinding, pickling, painting, galvanizing, and other finishing treatments for optimal finish and protection, as well as laser engraving with serial numbers, company logos, or similar markings.

Efficient Exchange of Production Drawings:

We handle drawings in standard formats such as Inventor and SolidWorks (2D/3D).

You can send us your STEP, DWG, DXF, and PDF files for a smooth process, as we can digitally exchange information from your drawings to our CNC machines via Mastercam.

We can measure your existing components and create production drawings and prototypes that belong to you.

Complimentary Workstations at Our Facility:

In connection with your project with us, you can use our workstations with PCs and software free of charge and receive ongoing consultation with our engineers and production staff – and follow your component from idea to finished production.

Full-Service Provider:

If the CNC-machined component is part of a larger project requiring, for example, metal fabrication, assembly, installation, control systems and software, and/or engineering work – and you wish to delegate the task and the risk of coordinating multiple subcontractors – we are happy to take on the complete project as your full-service provider, with all competencies consolidated at a single location.

Measurement Report:

We offer precise final inspection with advanced 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) capabilities and reporting as needed.

3D Printing:

Rapid delivery of prototypes and custom parts in plastic materials such as ABS, PLA, nylon, PET, carbon fiber, and PBT.
