METAL FABRICATION WORKSHOP

We perform metal fabrication and sheet metal work in stainless and carbon steel. Our two workshops are equipped with overhead cranes (up to 2 tons), and we offer welding, assembly, and testing of machinery and components for industries such as recycling, food processing, medical, and process industries.

If you already have a sketch, we can collaboratively design a solution and prepare the production drawings. Similarly, if you have an existing component, we can perform precise measurements and create production drawings for subsequent manufacturing.

Welding:

We weld all types of materials – from thin to thick – using TIG, MIG, MAG, and electrode welding. Our fabricators hold certifications covering many types, thicknesses, and forms of materials.

Sheet Metal Processing:

We offer cutting (plasma, laser, waterjet), bending, and rolling (various thicknesses and lengths) and perform the work ourselves or through our selected partners, enabling us to adapt to complex shapes and specifications.

Post-Processing and Surface Treatment:

We provide electropolishing, anodizing, hardening, grinding, pickling, painting, galvanizing, and other finishing treatments to ensure your components receive optimal protection and finish.

Assembly and Installation:

We assemble and install at our workshops and are happy to install at your location upon request.

Repair and Maintenance:

We repair and maintain existing constructions, as well as weld and replace parts as needed.

Full-Service Provider:

If the metal fabrication work is part of a larger project that, for example, requires machining, assembly, control systems and software, and/or engineering work – and you wish to delegate the responsibility and risk for this – we are happy to take on the complete task as your Full-Service Provider, with all professional competencies consolidated at a single location.
