Dustless Connection (DuC)
What’s the benefit?
The Dustless Connection (DuC):
- Enables an easy and safe insertion and withdrawal of measurement devices in and out of the transport pipe.
- Is compatible with several of M&Ws measurement instruments, which are used in e.g. combustion efficiency optimization, fly-ash optimization, and monitoring the state-of-the-art power plant.
- The Snap-Lock version (DuC-SL) has been developed as a time-saving version, which enables the operator to make quick and easy swaps between different measurement instruments.

What does it do?
The Dustless Connection (DuC) is designed to connect a portable measuring instrument with the transport pipe with limited overpressure. The DuC is permanently fitted in a socket on the pipe. The DuC enables the measurement instrument to be easily and dustfree inserted into the transport pipe thanks to the overpressure mechanism.
Variant 1 (standard):
The Dustless Connection-Snap-Lock (DuC-SL) enables an easy and very fast way to switch between different instruments (DAP and PFSA) and across different transport pipes.
Variant 2:
The Dustless Connection-Basic (DuC-B) is our basic solution for the dust-free connection of different instruments (DAP and PFSA) into the transport pipe.
