Divider Gate.

    What’s the benefit?

    The Divider Gate (DG):

    • Is a simple and cost efficient way of changing the direction of the material flow as opposed to a reversable Dosing Conveyor (DoC).
    • Can also be used to fill-up two sample buckets of different volume for example 75% in bucket A and 25% in bucket B.
    • Is easy to install and operate.
    • Has low maintenance costs.

    What does it do?

The Divider Gate (DG) is used for directing the materials into two different streams.

    How does it do it?

The DG consists of an inlet (flange), a motor operated dividing valve and two outlets. The inlet material is either directed through one or the other outlets by a dual-direction flap valve depending on input from the local control panel or the overall control system.

    Options

    1. The M&W central control cabinet can exchange signals with the client’s control system.

    2. The DG can also be used to fill-up two sample buckets of different volume for example 75% in bucket A and 25% in bucket B. The sample buckets is placed on a small steel structure. The sample bucket is fastened to both outlets by locking devices. These are easily opened by hand.
