The ViS combines screening with conveying of sample material. It is designed for screening and horizontal conveying of bulk materials such as pellets and granules.
When fed into the ViS, the sample material is distributed in up to four different particle size ranges. Hereby the ViS can be used in a variety of different industries.
The ViS is driven by two unbalance motors, which vibrate the construction housing. Through these vibrations, material is conveyed along the screens. Spring and gas dampening ensures that the construction vibrates in a proper and stable manner.
The ViS contains up to three screens placed vertically above each other, so that smaller particles will fall through to the screen below. Separators at the screen ends ensure that particle sizes fall into assigned outlets.
The unit can be integrated in any sampling system where bulk material has to be conveyed and screened on a horizonal level.
Material type: Bulk materials.
Drive unit: 2 Unbalance motors.
Voltage: 265/460V-50 Hz or as required.
Indicative Dimensions (LxWxH): 1800 x 800 x 800 mm.

Options
1. The ViS outlets can be fitted with weight cells, which automatically transfer fraction weight data to the overall data management system for absolute and relative calculation of particle size distribution.
2. The ViS can be delivered with two to four outlets depending on requirements.
Nota Bene
The ViS can as standard be fitted with screens with mesh sizes available in ISO 565
R20/3 or R40/3 series in the range from 2mm to 22,4mm. Optionally with ISO 3310
conformity certificate. Or according to any other relevant standard.
