From Manual Delays to Real-Time Precision
Historically, verifying the particle structure of potash required physical extraction and laboratory readouts. While this manual process supported quality checks, there was an opportunity to enable real-time measurements for greater efficiency.
To achieve this, K+S Potash Canada integrated Mark & Wedell’s Camsizer Online 30 directly into their product flow. The system utilizes 3D dynamic image tracking to instantly evaluate the particles ranging from 1-5 mm, streaming critical data straight into the plant’s control systems.
