M&W JAWO Sampling has delivered a complete sample preparation tower for cement clinkers to a cement plant in Bio Bio, Chile owned by the company Cementos Bio Bio. The sample preparation tower consists of 6 machines each delivered as separate modules: bucket sampler, a vibration feeder, a crusher, a divider, a disk mill and a mixer.
The sample tower takes in increments of app. 8kg and 0-40 mm and a test sample is 200ml, less than 500 µ.
The plant manufactures cement that is then used in two different cement products sold by the company.
