In 2007 M&W JAWO Sampling supplied various sampling solutions such as screw samplers with and without mixing tank and air slide samplers to the Agua Caliente de Cartago cement plant. M&W JAWO has been a trusted supplier of automated sampling solutions to both Lafarge and Holcim (before the merger) since 1995 and has continued to do so after the two companies merged.
LarfargeHolcim first entered the Costa Rican market with the acquisition of Industria Nacional de Cemento S.A in 2003. The Agua Caliente de Cartago cement plant is based in Cartago and is one out of four cement plants in Costa Rica.
